2. The features of machinery
1.LBG1800 vertical insulating glass flat-pressing production line which is controlled with PLC system,has frequency control,running smoothly and touch type holds control.This machinery is the best choise for flat-press insulating glass.
2.This equipment contains seven parts,glass transporter,glass wash ,drying ,inspecting,aluminum spacer bar install,flat-pressing,insulating glass transporter,tilting table.
3.The third is the operation of the human interface,you can controll it in real time.
3. The advantage of double glass machine
The production line is composed of glass transporter ,automatic glass sacvenging dehydrator ,glass inspection transporter ,automatic aluminium frame locating machine,glass reversible transporter,binding machine,butyl extruder machine,bicomponent rubber-beating machine,moleclar sieve bottler ,and rotaly rubber-spreading machine. The rolling machine is also controlled with computer programs to specify different pressing time for different parts and to ensure all the frames of hollow glass are under even pressure in the whole producing process.
